Return Process

  Log in to your Escentual account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive your unique return authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items in their original box, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit, and include your completed returns form inside.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
